Last updated: May 21, 2026
The short version: Telios Health & Wealth (a DBA of Chad Galbreath) sends text messages only to people who have opted in. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Your mobile number will never be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
1. About This Policy
This SMS Policy explains how Telios Health & Wealth (a registered DBA of Chad Galbreath, a sole proprietorship and licensed insurance agency) uses text messaging (SMS/MMS) to communicate with you. By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to this SMS Policy in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
2. Program Description

You can opt in to SMS communications from Telios Health & Wealth by:
- Submitting a form on telioshw.com and checking either consent checkbox (marketing, transactional, or both).

Consent is given on a per-program basis and is not a condition of any purchase, enrollment, or service.
4. Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies. You may receive periodic messages tied to enrollment periods, appointment timing, or your inquiry status. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Telios Health & Wealth is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
