- Health and eligibility information: general details you share so we can compare appropriate Medicare options — such as date of birth, prescriptions, and current coverage. We do not require Social Security numbers or full HIPAA-protected medical records to book a consultation.
- Communication content: messages, calls, voicemails, emails, and text exchanges with us.
- Consent records: whether you checked the marketing or transactional consent boxes, when, and from what IP address.
